Itinerary

Day 1: NJP Railway Station/ Bagdogra (IXB) Airport- Gangtok (123 kilometre/5 hours)

Upon arrival at NJP Rly Stn./ IXB Airport, meet our representative or driver. Our journey begins from NJP Rly Stn./ IXB Airport to Gangtok. On reaching Gangtok, check in to the hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Have your Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 2: Gangtok: Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir-New

In the morning, we will continue our journey for a half day trip to Tsomgo lake, which is only 32 kilometre from Gangtok city, the lake is about 1 kilometre long and 15 meters deep. After that drive for 12 kilometre to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (new). In the afternoon you will be returning back to Gangtok and the rest of the day will be free to enjoy yourself. Stay at Gangtok for the night.

Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung (117 kilometre/5 hours)

In the morning have your breakfast and start your drive from Gangtok to Lachung, en route visit Singhik View point (depending on weather conditions), Naga Water Falls, Bheema & Twin Falls. Dinner and night halt at Lachung.

Day 4: Lachung - Yumthang Excursion (24 kilometre/1 hour)

In the morning drive to Yumthang Valley (known as the Valley of Flowers). On returning back en route visit Sulpher Hot Spring. Check in to the hotel rest of the day at leisure. Lachung is your night halt.

Lachung- Lachung is a town and a hill station in northeast Sikkim. It is located in the North Sikkim district near the border with Tibet. Lachung is situated at the confluence of the Lachen and Lachung Rivers, both tributaries of the River Teesta.

Yumthang- The Yumthang Valley or Sikkim Valley of Flowers sanctuary, is a nature sanctuary with a river, hot springs, yaks and grazing pasture on rolling meadows surrounded by the Himalayan mountains in North Sikkim. It is popularly known as the “Valley of Flowers”.

Day 5: Lachung to Gangtok (117 kilometre/5 hours)

In the morning after breakfast start your journey from Lachung to Gangtok. Upon arrival check in to the hotel room and rest of the day free at leisure or you can perform shopping by your own. Dinner and night halt at Gangtok.

Day 6: Gangtok: Sightseeing And Gangtok to Darjeeling (125 kilometre/4 hours)

In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel room and continue your half day city tour and visit Bonjhakri water Falls, Flower show, Handicraft Centre, Dro-Dul Chorten and Institute of Tibetology, etc. Afternoon transfer to Darjeeling, check in to your hotel and have your dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Gangtok- Gangtok is a city, the capital and the largest populated place of Sikkim. Gangtok is in the eastern Himalayan range. The city's population of 100,000 are from different ethnicities of Sikkimese people such as Indian Gorkhas, Bhutia and Lepchas. Within the higher peaks of the Himalayas and with a year-round mild temperate climate, Gangtok is at the centre of Sikkim's tourism industry. Gangtok became a major stopover on the trade route between Lhasa in Tibet and cities such as Kolkata.

Day 7: Darjeeling: Local Sightseeing

Early morning at 4:00 AM check out of the hotel and visit Tiger Hill (sunrise point over Mt. Khangchendzonga). Visit Ghoom Monastery on the way back, subject to permit availability. After breakfast, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, the Tea Garden (outer view), the Pace Pagoda, the Japanese Temple, and the Rope Way (tickets are guest owned). After lunch, you can go shopping along the famous mall road. Darjeeling is the destination for a night's halt.

Darjeeling- Darjeeling is a town in the northernmost region of West Bengal. It is located Eastern Himalayas. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India.

Day 8: Darjeeling to NJP Railway Station/ Bagdogra (IXB) Airport (100 kilometre/3 hours)
