Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Leh Airport Flight (Arrival)

Upon arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Airport, you’ll meet our representative who will transfer you to the hotel in Leh. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and rest of the day free at your leisure. In the evening you can perform shopping as well at the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel in Leh.

Leh Airport - Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (IATA: IXL), also known as Leh Airport. It is a domestic airport serving Leh, the capital of Ladakh, India. It is the 23rd highest commercial airport in the world at 3,256 m above sea level.

Day 2: Leh Excursion Tour to Sham Valley to Alchi Monastery

In the morning after your breakfast proceed for a day excursion tour, sightseeing 1000-year-old Alchi monastery the only Gompa in the Ladakh region on flat ground. Thereafter proceed to the Likir Monastery to visit the splendid three-storeys of Dharma Wheel Gompa. Here you'll be awestruck with the sight of the massive Buddha statues., Indus & Zanskar river Sangam, drive along the Indus river visiting, Pathar Sahib Gurdwara and Magnetic Hill (where the cars defy gravity), Basgo Palace Hiking only and further on to Leh Hall of Fame (which has a museum of the Kargil War memorabilia). Return back to the hotel in Leh, have your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 3: Leh to Khardung La Pass to Diskit

Morning we will continue our drive to Nubra Valley also called Dumra. It lies in the north of Leh. En route visits Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world at a height of 5359 metres. Then drive for a while to visit Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest Gompa in Nubra valley famous for its beautiful architecture and intricate frescos and wall paintings. Pass from the river Shyok and arrive at Nubra Valley. Nubra Valley is known for its pristine natural beauty, stunning lakes, apricot orchards and picturesque scene. A person can enjoy camel rides and quad biking experiences, if time permits you can perform these activities at additional costs. Night halt at Nubra Camp.

Diskit- Diskit is a village and headquarters of the Nubra tehsil and the Nubra subdivision in the Leh district of Ladakh, India. The Diskit Monastery is located in this village.

Day 4: Diskit to Leh

Morning after breakfast check out from the Nubra camp and continue your drive to Pangong Lake en route visit Shayok, upon arrival check in at the camp in Pangong. After that indo-china border sightseeing, shooting, dinner and a night halt in Pangong camp.

Nubra- Nubra, also called Dumra, is a historical region of Ladakh. It is inhabited areas from a tri-armed valley cut by the Nubra and Shyok rivers. Its Tibetan name Dumra means "valley of flowers". Demands have been raised and BJP has hinted at the creation of Nubra as a new district. Diskit, the headquarters of Nubra, is 120 km north of Leh, the capital of Ladakh. Visit the 150-year-old Samasthanling Gompa at Bumur/ Khagar. It is a big complex of 7 temples including the Ricpoches room. Walk half an hour from the gompa to Tegar village where there is another small gompa. Walk through the village and explore the surroundings. Also, a small lake lies there. Later get back to Leh after driving 1723 km.

Day 5: Leh to Pangong

In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel in Leh, then continue your drive to 

Pangong. En route visit Changla Pass. On arrival check in to the hotel and freshen up. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Night halt at Pangong.

Pangong- Pangong Tso or Pangong Lake is a drained lake spanning eastern Ladakh and West Tibet. It is divided into five sub-lakes, called Pangong Tso, Tso Nyak, Rum Tso (twin lakes) and Nyak Tso. Approximately 50% of the length of the overall lake lies within Tibet in China and 40% in Ladakh.

Day 6: Pangong to Leh

Morning after breakfast, start your drive from Pangong to Leh and en route visit Hemis, Thikey and Shey Palace. Upon arrival check in to the hotel, have dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

Day 7: Leh to Delhi Flight (Departure)
