Day 1: NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra (IXB) Airport to Kalimpong (78 km/3 hr)

Day 2: Kalimpong Local Sightseeing and Kalimpong to Gangtok (75 km/3 hr)

In the morning, we will continue our journey and visit Mangal Dham, Delo Hill, Dr Graham’s Home & Flower Nurseries and later drive back to Gangtok. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and the rest of the free at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.

Kalimpong- Kalimpong is a town in West Bengal. It is located in the region which comes under the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration which is an autonomous governing body within the state of West Bengal. Kalimpong is known for its educational institutions, many of which were established during the British colonial period. It used to be a gateway in the trade between Tibet and India before China's annexation of Tibet and the Sino-Indian War. 

Day 3: Gangtok: Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir-New

In the morning, we will continue our journey for a half-day trip to Tsomgo lake, which is only 32 km from Gangtok city, the lake is about 1 km long and 15 meters deep. After that drive for 12 km to visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (new). In the afternoon you will be returning back to Gangtok and the rest of the day will be free to enjoy yourself. Stay at Gangtok for the night.

Day 4: Gangtok: local sightseeing & Gangtok to Pelling (130 km/5 hr)

This morning check out from the hotel & start the Gangtok city tour covering Bonjhakri water Falls, Flower Show, Handicraft Center, Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday) and Dro-Dul-Chorten. Afternoon drive for 130 kilometres and 5 hours to reach Pelling from Gangtok. Check in to the hotel, have your dinner and overnight stay at Pelling.

Day 5: Pelling: Local Sightseeing Cab

After breakfast, the next morning, start your journey for local sightseeing in Pelling visit Rimbi Falls, Rock Garden, Khangchendzonga falls, Khachoedpalri Wish Lake, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Palace of Ruins, Rabdantse View Point, Helipad Ground. Have your dinner and night halt at Pelling.

Pelling- Pelling is a small hill town in the district of West Sikkim, India. The region is undergoing a metamorphosis, with the roads being repaired and hotels being set up. 

Day 6: Pelling to Darjeeling (74 km /3 hr)

After breakfast drive to Darjeeling upon reach, check in to the hotel and take a rest for the afternoon. Have your dinner and overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 7: Darjeeling: Local Sightseeing Taxi Service

On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery as you visit Tiger Hill (sunrise over Mount Khanchendzongna) at 4 am. Permits are subject to availability. In the afternoon, climb the Rope Way, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, the Tea Garden (outer view), Pace Pagoda, Japanese Temple, and the Japanese Temple Ropeway (Cost: Guest Own). Later, walk along the famous mall road and shop in the afternoon. At Darjeeling, we will spend the night.

Day 8: Darjeeling to NJP Railway Station/ Bagdogra (IXB) Airport (100 km/3 hr)

Next morning after breakfast you will be transferred to your onward journey to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra International Airport. You can check the taxi/cab price from Darjeeling to NJP Rly Stn. via Mirik taxi fare on GangotriTravels.
